With ONCITE Track&Trace, all production and process data is linked to the component (unique item) or even the batch. The serialization function ensures that a separate ID is generated and assigned for each component and that reliable identification of the component is guaranteed. This makes the product “smart” and fully traceable throughout its production process. The seamless production documentation, with the linking of all data from in-house production as well as the ID-guided product data of purchased parts, is stored in a database and can be retrieved at any time. This makes it possible to provide seamless proof of compliant production in accordance with customer specifications along the entire supply chain (supply chain traceability).
